⁠Root Canal Treatment

A procedure to save an infected or severely decayed tooth. It involves removing the damaged pulp (nerve and blood vessels) from the inner chamber and root canals, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the space, then filling and sealing it with a biocompatible material. 
The tooth is usually protected with a crown afterward.
